Job summary

Newcastle Building Society is seeking a Branch Network Operations Partner to strengthen the branch network’s governance, controls and operating model. You will drive efficiency, set standards and support new openings and refurbishments while working with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, high-quality customer outcomes.

You’ll use data, feedback and risk insight to challenge existing ways of working and implement practical improvements, partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver

Qualifications

• Strong operational branch experience, ideally in financial services or regulated environment.
• Proactive self-starter, able to work independently and influence without direct authority.
• Excellent communicator, able to translate complex requirements for senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable reviewing processes, creating new frameworks and practical solutions for better performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of operational frameworks, governance and standards for the branch network.
• Use insight, feedback and performance data to identify improvements and drive change.
• Collaborate with Property, Health & Safety, Risk, Compliance, HR, Digital and Transformation teams.
