Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead in Greater London to work with the Branch Manager and a team of specialists. You will ensure precise handling of client transactions, promote self-service options, and build lasting client relationships while maintaining compliance and effective loss control.

You will guide the team through daily operations, greet clients, manage lobby flow, and help with audits and process improvements, including weekend/evening hours.

Qualifications

• Compliance with bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Detail-oriented and organized to manage multiple tasks.
• Leadership and operational proficiency to ensure transaction accuracy.
• Ability to educate and keep the branch team informed.
• Strong client engagement and referral to specialists when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate needs while managing the queue.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices, and resolve client issues per policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and support with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support loss control, compliance and audits to ensure smooth, secure branch operation.
