Newcastle Building Society is seeking a Branch Network Operations Partner to enhance how our branches operate safely, efficiently and consistently. You’ll lead the development of operational frameworks and governance, using performance data to identify improvements and drive positive change across the network.

Working with stakeholders across Property, Health & Safety, Risk, Compliance, HR, Digital and Transformation, you’ll support openings, refurbishments and the management of risk registers,

Qualifications

• Strong operational branch experience in financial services or regulated customer-facing environment.
• Proactive self-starter who can work independently and influence without authority.
• Excellent communicator capable of translating complex requirements for senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead development of operational frameworks, governance and standards for a high-performing branch network.
• Collaborate with Property, Health & Safety, Risk, Compliance, HR, Digital and Transformation.
