Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the branch team to deliver outstanding service.
• Manage branch operations, meet sales targets, and drive growth.
• Oversee staff training, coaching and performance management.
• Ensure customers receive expert advice and high-quality care.
• Oversee stock management, compliance and day-to-day branch efficiency.
• Collaborate with Optometrists and Audiologists to maintain clinical excellence.
• Engage with the local community to promote the branch and build relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards.
