Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a large team within the branch.
• Own all sales, operations, resource and customer service targets.
• Involve in HR, performance management and recruitment as needed.
• Ensure Health and Safety compliance and uphold safety culture.
• Promote a customer-focused mindset and collaborate with field teams.
• Support 46-hour work weeks (Mon–Fri 8am–6pm, Saturdays 8am–4pm on a rotation).
