At Milk Education, we’re looking for a dynamic Branch Manager to take ownership of our Manchester office, leading a high-performing team and shaping the future of the branch.

Whether your background is in Primary or Secondary education recruitment, this is an incredible opportunity to step into a key leadership role within a values-driven business that’s shaking up the sector. You’ll work closely with the Associate director and support the exciting growth 2026 brings.

Your Role Will Include:

• Leading from the front — hitting branch targets while inspiring your team to excel
• Coaching, mentoring, and developing both experienced recruiters and rising talent
• Building a performance-led, collaborative culture with ambition and fun at its core
• Driving long-term branch growth and making a real difference in education
• Working closely with the Director to plan growth and achievements across 2026 📈
