Job summary

GCB AGENCY RECRUITMENT is seeking a Branch Valuer / Lister for a successful estate agency in Stowmarket. You will generate new business, conduct market appraisals, and manage instructions through to completion, driving branch performance and growth.

The role offers a 5-day week, supports training and ongoing development, and realistic OTE with a clear progression path.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' Estate Agency experience, ideally within residential sales.
• Proven track record of winning instructions and conducting market appraisals.
• Excellent local market knowledge and strong communication skills.
• Organised and time-efficient with a commercially minded approach.
• Requires a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out market appraisals and win new instructions.
• Proactively follow up valuation leads and convert opportunities.

We're recruiting for a Branch Valuer / Lister to join a successful, independently owned estate agency in Stowmarket, with an established office and ambitious growth plans.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Valuer who wants to take ownership, generate new business and play a key role in driving branch performance, with a realistic OTE and genuine long-term career progression.

The Role

As a Branch Valuer / Lister, you will:

• Carry out market appraisals and win new instructions
• Proactively follow up valuation leads and convert opportunities
• Generate your own valuation appointments and new business
• Manage instructions through to successful completion
• Drive business generation and sales activity within the branch
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers
• Support, coach and motivate the wider sales team
• Work closely with the Branch Manager to maximise branch performance
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team targets

Branch Valuer / Lister requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' Estate Agency experience, ideally within residential sales
