Job summary

Comfort Call in the UK is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure quality compliance with regulators and contract holders, and take on CQC Registered Manager responsibilities for the schemes.

You will lead an efficient team, manage budgets and commercial performance, and drive improvements across the branch. We offer training, career development and a benefits package including paid leave and health resources.

• You will need to be an efficient, organised and experienced manager who is passionate about providing the best in community care with solid understanding of the statutory and regulatory framework relating to the group’s range of services.
• You will also need good budget, business management and commercial skills to succeed in this role.

What you’ll do
