Job summary

Care by Us in Hertfordshire is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee 3 Extra Care Schemes, build a capable team and deliver high‑quality personal care services to users.

You will ensure sufficient qualified staff, maintain compliant processes, and assume CQC Registered Manager responsibilities across the schemes. The role sits within the CCH Group with a salary of £38,170 and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Efficient, organised and experienced manager with a passion for delivering high-quality community care. Strong understanding of statutory and regulatory framework, good budget, business management and commercial skills.
