Job summary

CCH Group in the East Midlands is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of our domiciliary care service. You will grow a capable care team delivering personal care to service users while ensuring staffing levels, care quality, and documentation meet required standards and regulatory expectations.

You will manage budgets, drive service improvement, and uphold our values of community, courage and heart as you collaborate with regulators and contract holders.

Qualifications

• Experienced leadership as a Domiciliary Manager with a passion for community care.
• Ideally NVQ Level 5 qualification or strong understanding of the statutory and regulatory framework relating to our services.
• Solid budget management, business acumen and commercial skills are essential for success.

The role of the Registered Manager is to manage the day to day activity and to grow a successful care team who individually deliver personal care services to our service users. In the running of the branch, you will be accountable for ensuring the correct number of suitably qualified care workers are available to meet the service demands, that the care work is of the required standard and that all processes are followed and correctly controlled and documented.

You will also be responsible for compliance for quality internally and for regulators and contract holders.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring:

Experienced Leadership: You're an efficient, organized Domiciliary Manager with a passion for community care.
