CCH Group in Worksop is seeking a Branch Manager on a maternity contract (9-12 months) to lead our domiciliary care team and grow branch performance. You’ll oversee care workers, coordinate schedules, and ensure high-quality personal care in the community.

You will drive compliance with regulatory standards, manage budgets, and develop the team through mentorship and structured development programs, contributing to continued service growth and exceptional patient outcomes.

This is a well-established branch with 1,600 care hours currently being delivered and continued growth planned. Job Description

The role of the Registered Manager is to manage the day to day activity and to grow a successful care team who individually deliver personal care services to our service users. In the running of the branch, you will be accountable for ensuring the correct number of suitably qualified care workers are available to meet the service demands, that the care work is of the required standard and that all processes are followed and correctly controlled and documented.

You will also be responsible for compliance for quality internally and for regulators and contract holders.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring:

Experienced Leadership: You’re an efficient, organized Domiciliary Manager with a passion for community care. Ideally, you hold an NVQ Level 5 qualification or have a strong understanding of the statutory and regulatory framework relating to our services. Solid budget management, business acumen, and commercial skills are essential for success.
