Job summary
Scrivens-Opticians- is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager in the United Kingdom to support the Branch Manager in leading a dedicated team and delivering exceptional customer service. You will drive branch performance, maintain clinical care standards, and act as the Branch Manager when required.

Qualifications
- Experience in retail or healthcare, ideally optical or audiology
- Strong background in customer service and sales is essential
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead, motivate and support a team
- Organised, reliable and able to work under pressure
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily branch operations to ensure smooth service
- Support and motivate the team to hit sales targets for optical and hearing products
- Deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism and empathy
- Assist in staff training, coaching and performance management
- Manage stock, merchandising and branch presentation to company standards
- Coordinate local marketing and promotional campaigns
- Act as acting Branch Manager when required (opening/closing)
