SCRIVENS LTD is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to support the Branch Manager in leading a dedicated team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive branch performance.

You will help manage daily operations, support sales targets for optical and hearing products, and ensure high standards of service and clinical care. A strong focus on leadership, organisation, and staff development is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or healthcare environments is preferred.
• Strong customer service and sales abilities are required.
• Ability to lead, motivate and support a team under pressure.
• Organised and reliable with good IT and POS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily branch operations and service flow.
• Motivate the team to achieve branch sales targets for optical and hearing products.
• Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and empathy.
• Assist in staff training, coaching and performance management.
• Maintain stock levels, merchandising and branch presentation to standards.
• Coordinate local marketing initiatives and promotions.
• Step in as acting Branch Manager when needed, including opening/closing.
