Job summary

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor at Tottenham Court Road, part of Retail Banking. The role is 35 hours per week on a rota basis, Mon-Sat, 8am–6pm, in a branch environment.

You’ll be the friendly face and voice, assisting with transactions, technology, and customer inquiries while protecting customers from fraud. We offer a supportive, multi-skilled team, opportunities to develop, and a culture focused on delivering great service.

• Identifying new ways to improve the customer experience.
