Job summary

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor at the Piccadilly branch in London. You will be the friendly face and voice, assisting customers, handling transactions, and guiding them through services while protecting them from fraud.

The role requires a customer-centric mindset and multi-skilled capability. You will work 35 hours per week on a rota basis, Monday to Saturday between 8am and 6pm, supporting customers in-branch and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for customers in branch or by phone.
