Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor for Tottenham Court Road, 35 hours weekly on a rotating shift, Mon–Sat 8am–6pm. You’ll greet customers, handle transactions, assist with technology in-branch and via phone, and protect customers from fraud. You’ll work in a close-knit team and adapt across tasks.

You’ll build relationships, expand product knowledge, and seek ways to improve the customer journey. A proactive, customer-first approach is essential.
