Job summary

Epwin Group is seeking a Branch Assistant to join our team in a role that combines trade counter duties with on-site deliveries. A full driving licence is essential, and the position runs Monday to Friday, 07:30–16:30.

You will work closely with the Branch Manager to maintain high standards in the counter and warehouse, support health and safety, and contribute to branch targets. Training will be provided to develop skills across the branch operations.

Qualifications

• Must have a full valid driving licence.
• Previous experience in a driving role would be advantageous.
• Good organisational skills and IT literacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service with the team.
• Help maintain high standards within the trade counter area and warehouse.
• Has a can-do/will-do attitude and able to work within a small team.
• Assist with health and safety compliance.
• Is competent with multi-drop deliveries.
• Work with the Branch Manager and the rest of the team to achieve branch performance targets.
• Provide cover in the branch when required.
