Job summary

Epwin Group Plc is seeking a Branch Assistant to work in our branch, focusing on customer service, stock and warehouse duties, and multi-drop deliveries. A full driving licence is required and you will join a small, energetic team with training provided.

You will support health and safety compliance, help run day-to-day branch operations, and contribute to achieving branch performance targets. A friendly, can-do attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a full valid driving licence.
• Previous driving experience is advantageous.
• Good organisational skills and IT literacy."

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at the trade counter and in the branch.
• Maintain high standards in the trade counter area and warehouse.
• Assist with health and safety compliance.
• Competent with multi-drop deliveries.
• Work with the Branch Manager and team to achieve branch targets.
• Provide cover in the branch when required.
