Job summary

Epwin Group is seeking a Branch Assistant to join our team. You will provide excellent customer service at the trade counter, support the warehouse, and help keep the branch well organised and safe. A positive, can-do attitude is essential to thrive in a small team.

A full valid driving license is required for multi-drop deliveries; forklift license is preferred but training will be provided. Hours are Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 16:30.

Qualifications

• Provides excellent customer service at trade counter and supports warehouse operations.
• Maintains safety, cleanliness and high standards in the branch.
• Works well in a small team with a can-do attitude.
• Assists with health and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide cover in the branch when required.
• Assist with multi-drop deliveries.
• Support Branch Manager to achieve branch targets.
