Job summary

Epwin Group in Newport is hiring a Branch Assistant to join our busy trade counters and warehouse. This role involves delivering excellent customer service, assisting with health and safety, and supporting daily operations to help the branch meet its targets.

A full valid driving license is essential, with forklift training available if needed. The role requires a can-do attitude, teamwork, IT literacy, and a willingness to learn within a growing, nationwide PVC-u building products business.

Qualifications

• Must have a full valid driving license.
• Forklift truck license would be preferable; training provided.
• Previous experience in a driving role would be advantageous.
• Good organisational skills and IT literate.

Responsibilities

• Works together with the team to provide excellent customer service.
• Help maintain high standards within the trade counter area and warehouse.
• Has a can-do/will-do attitude and able to work within a small team.
• Assist with health and safety compliance.
• Is competent with multi-drop deliveries.
• Work with the Branch Manager and the rest of the team to achieve branch performance targets.
• Provide cover in the branch when required.
