Job summary

Epwin Group is seeking a Branch Assistant in Accrington to join our team. The role focuses on customer service, supporting the trade counter and warehouse, and executing branch targets with a can-do attitude.

Full driving licence is essential; forklift training can be provided if needed. The position involves multi-drop deliveries and working closely with the Branch Manager in a busy branch environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a full valid driving licence.
• Forklift licence preferred but training will be provided.
• Previous driving experience would be advantageous.
• Experience in a trade counter environment would be preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service with the team.
• Maintain high standards in the trade counter area and warehouse.
• Work with the Branch Manager to achieve branch performance targets.
• Assist with health and safety compliance.
• Handle multi-drop deliveries.
• Provide cover in the branch when required.
