Epwin Group Plc in Wolverhampton is seeking a Branch Assistant to join our busy trade counter and warehouse team. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, helping maintain high standards, assisting with health and safety, and supporting the Branch Manager to achieve targets.

You must have a full valid driving license; forklift license is useful and training will be provided. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 16:30.

Qualifications

• Must have a full valid driving licence.
• Experience in a driving role would be advantageous.
• Experience in a trade counter environment would be preferred but training will be provided.

Responsabilités

• Works together with the team to provide excellent customer service.
• Help maintain high standards within the trade counter area and warehouse.
• Has a can-do/will-do attitude and able to work within a small team.
• Assist with health and safety compliance.
• Is competent with multi-drop deliveries.
• Work with the Branch Manager and the rest of the team to achieve branch performance targets.
• Provide cover in the branch when required.
