Job summary

Epwin Group is seeking a Branch Assistant to join our team in a role that involves driving duties and customer service at the trade counter. You will work closely with the Branch Manager and colleagues to uphold high standards in the counter and warehouse areas, handle multi-drop deliveries, and support branch performance targets.

The ideal candidate will have a friendly, energetic attitude, be versatile across branch operations, and hold a full driving license.

Qualifications

• Must have a full valid driving license.
• Forklift truck license would be preferable but training will be provided.
• Experience in a driving role would be advantageous.
• Good organisational skills and IT literate.

Responsibilities

• Works with the team to provide excellent customer service.
• Help maintain high standards within the trade counter area and warehouse.
• Has a can-do/will-do attitude and able to work within a small team.
• Assist with health and safety compliance.
• Is competent with multi-drop deliveries.
• Work with the Branch Manager and the rest of the team to achieve branch performance targets.
• Provide cover in the branch when required.
