Job summary

Epwin Group is seeking a Branch Assistant to join the Pyle branch in Wales. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service at the trade counter and in the warehouse, while supporting day-to-day branch operations and health and safety compliance.

You will be involved in multi-drop deliveries, work with the Branch Manager to hit performance targets, and provide cover as needed. A full valid driving licence is essential; forklift training is provided if needed for progression.

Qualifications

• Must have a full valid driving license.
• Experience in a driving role would be advantageous.
• Good organisational skills and IT literate.
• Previous driving experience

Responsibilities

• Works with the team to provide excellent customer service.
• Help maintain high standards within the trade counter area and warehouse.
• Able to work within a small team with a can-do/will-do attitude.
• Assist with health and safety compliance and multi-drop deliveries.
• Work with the Branch Manager to achieve branch performance targets.
