• Previous experience interacting with customers
• Experience in a contact centre or branch environment preferred
• Ability to work as part of a one-team

Responsibilities

• Be the First Point of Contact for customers in-branch or over the phone
• Engage and understand customers' needs to tailor solutions
• Listen carefully to individual circumstances and offer suitable savings options
• Proactively reach out to customers by phone to discuss needs
• Maintain accurate customer records and support vulnerable customers
• Adhere to policies and complete required training
