Aufgaben

• Ensure customers receive excellent service, address enquiries, resolve issues and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• To be responsible for all till management activities
• Completing administrative tasks for customers to help them manage and maintain their accounts
• Working proactively and collaboratively with other colleagues across the Society, you'll be responsible for delivering great customer outcomes
• Contribute to the achievement of the branch and corporate targets
• Utilising our financial products, you will be supporting our members through key life events through our remote channels
