You will identify customer needs, manage cash, update internal records and encourage appointments with the Personal Banking Team for additional products and services.

• Protect and educate customers against fraud and scams; support a diverse customer base including those who may be vulnerable.
• Work towards personal and team targets and adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements.
