Nationwide is hiring a Customer Representative to join our branches in Weymouth and Dorchester. You will help customers in person, over the phone, and online, handling everyday banking moments with care and confidence.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or banking is helpful.
• Ability to listen, understand needs and guide customers accordingly.
• Comfort with using digital tools and services.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the branch and understand their needs.
• Handle transactions and queries accurately while prioritizing security and fairness.
• Guide customers through banking products and services and manage money confidently.
• Collaborate with branch colleagues to deliver excellent service at peak times.
• Follow processes, spot issues, and escalate when needed to protect customers.
