Qualifications

• Experience of working with customers delivering exceptional service.
• Strong attention to detail with a good level of numeracy for accurate cash transactions.

• Previous experience working with Microsoft Office or in-house computer packages.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with branch-based products and services.
• Open savings accounts for customers looking to invest.
• Make follow-up calls and take incoming calls to discuss products.
• Complete daily admin tasks including booking appointments and managing customer records.
