Job summary

Santander in Sutton Coldfield is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to join the branch on a 12-month fixed-term contract, working 35 hours per week on a rota basis from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday. You will be the friendly face and voice of Santander, handling cash transactions, assisting with technology in the banking hall, and supporting customers over the phone while protecting them from fraud.

You will thrive in a busy, multi-skilled branch team.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone.
• Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing.
• Answering customer calls into our contact centre.
• Building relationships and finding solutions.
• Developing your knowledge of services and products to help our customers.
• Identifying new ways to improve the customer experience.
