Qualifications

Experience in a customer-focused role (retail, hospitality, or call centre).

Responsibilities

Dealing with cash transactions carefully and accurately.
Taking telephone calls for the Customer Service area.
Finding solutions for customers and keeping up to date with services, products, policies, and procedures.
Supporting admin tasks and data entry as needed.
