Job summary

Nationwide in Worcester is seeking a Customer Representative to provide great customer experiences across branch, phone, and digital channels. You’ll assist with everyday transactions, answer queries, and guide customers to banking services and digital tools that make managing money easier.

This permanent full-time role (35 hours/week, Monday to Saturday) requires a 45-minute commute. You’ll be part of a local branch team dedicated to serving customers with care and integrity.

Qualifications

• No specific banking qualifications required; customer-service mindset valued.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers across in-branch, phone and digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the branch and understand their needs, offering friendly help with banking.
• Handle a range of transactions and queries accurately, prioritising security and fairness.
• Guide customers through banking products and services that fit their needs and help them manage money with confidence.
• Work with colleagues in a busy branch to deliver excellent customer service.
• Follow processes and escalate issues to protect customers and Nationwide.
