Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a Customer Representative for our Camberley branch, working across Surrey. You'll welcome members, help them use digital services, and discuss how to protect their finances in a friendly, face-to-face environment.

You’ll receive training on our products and processes and join a team that values service, accuracy, and collaboration. The role offers 28 hours per week with flexible scheduling, plus full training in weeks 1–3.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to resolve issues and handle complaints
• Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with Nationwide members
• Can work well in a team under pressure and in a fast-paced environment, ignoring risks to get it done quickly at the expense of quality or outcome

Responsibilities

• Welcome members into branches and guide them on using digital services and self-service tech
• Assist customers and identify additional needs, potentially referring to experts or providing fraud guidance
• Receive training on products, services, and processes and confidently use digital tools and apps
