Domus Recruitment is working with a leading national care provider to appoint a Branch Care Manager for a domiciliary service. You will lead day-to-day operations, ensuring safe, high-quality care while rebuilding relationships with local stakeholders and council partners.

You will manage staff, drive governance improvements, and oversee recruitment in a sponsorship-heavy workforce, with a focus on compliance and service growth.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager or Care Manager within domiciliary care.
• Proven experience in service turnaround, stabilisation or performance improvement.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance frameworks.
• NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or working towards).
• Full UK Driving Licence with access to own vehicle.
