Domus Recruitment is seeking a commercially minded Branch Care Manager to lead a domiciliary care service in Rochdale. You will drive day-to-day operations, ensure safe, high‑quality care and build strong relationships with local stakeholders, including the council.

You will recruit and develop staff, embed strong governance with CQC compliance, and identify growth opportunities across private and NHS referrals.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager or Care Manager within domiciliary care.
• Proven experience in service turnaround, stabilisation or performance improvement.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance frameworks.
• NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or working towards).

Branch Care Manager Requirements:

• NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or working towards).
• Full UK Driving Licence with access to own vehicle.
