Cityworx Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced CQC Registered Branch Manager to oversee operations, drive service excellence and ensure full regulatory compliance at the branch. You will lead a local team, support branch growth and maintain high standards of care within client homes.

The role requires proven experience in managing domiciliary care services, deep knowledge of CQC requirements, and strong leadership.

• Experience in managing domiciliary care services (essential).
• Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and care sector regulations.
• Exceptional leadership and people-management skills.
• Confident communicator with strong attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Hold CQC Registered Manager status (or be prepared to achieve it).
• Lead daily branch operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Drive compliance across regulatory and quality standards.
• Monitor branch performance against weekly and monthly KPIs.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and documentation.
• Manage branch staff including Care Planners and Field Care Supervisors.
• Handle and resolve complaints at branch level.
• Support recruitment, training, and professional development of staff.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Present services to prospective clients and support business growth.
• Manage key accounts and oversee service quality.
• Support effective staff allocation to meet client needs.
• Oversee accurate timesheet processing.
• Participate in the on-call rota as required.
