Job summary

Nationwide is looking for Customer Representatives to deliver first-class service across in-branch, phone, and digital channels in Lincoln. You’ll help customers with everyday transactions, answer queries, and guide them to banking products and digital tools that simplify money management.

• Welcome customers into the branch and understand their needs to offer trusted help with banking.
• Handle a range of transactions and queries accurately, keeping customer needs, security and fairness front of mind.
• Guide customers through banking products and services to help manage their money with confidence.
• Work closely with colleagues within a busy branch to deliver excellent customer service.
