Job summary

HSBC Caernarfon branch is seeking a branch-based customer-facing teller who will be the first point of contact for HSBC customers. You will provide a high quality, personalised, friendly and efficient service by pro-actively addressing simple customer needs, including cash withdrawals and deposits.

You will help HSBC achieve service excellence, support multi-channel engagement, and promote the use of direct channels. The role is office-based, five days a week, at Caernarfon Castle Square.
