Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a Customer Representative for our branch in Dovercourt, Tendring. This full-time role (35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday) focuses on helping customers face-to-face, over the phone, and through digital channels with warmth, clarity, and confidence.

You will deliver everyday banking support, guide customers to products and services, and collaborate with a busy team to maintain high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is beneficial.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers in person, on the phone and online.
• Comfortable using digital tools and banking services.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the branch and understand their needs.
