Nationwide is seeking a Customer Consultant for our Glasgow Shawlands branch. This permanent, full-time role (35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday) focuses on welcoming customers, handling transactions, and guiding them to digital solutions with a focus on service excellence.

No banking experience is required, but a passion for customer service and a willingness to learn about banking products will help you thrive. Training and development are provided.

• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver excellent service, even at busy times.
• Follow processes and escalate concerns to protect customers.
