Rexel UK is seeking a Branch Assistant for the Tidworth branch, working Monday to Friday, 10am to 2pm. You will be the face of the branch, delivering excellent service to trade professionals and the public, while managing displays and promoting promotions.

Your role includes handling stock, trade counter service, internal sales, quotations, and order processing, with some warehouse duties and product knowledge development. This position focuses on customer-first service and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service at the Trade Counter and on the phone.
• Handle stock in/out, order processing, picking/packing, and stock control.
• Serve customers efficiently and professionally at the Trade Counter.
• Make sales calls to existing and new customers in coordination with the sales team.
• Raise quotations, follow up, and process customer orders.
• Assist with goods in/out and loading/unloading delivery vans.
