Job summary

Rexel UK Tidworth Branch is seeking a Branch Assistant to deliver excellent customer service at the Trade Counter and support stock, order processing, and sales activity. This part-time role runs Monday to Friday, 10am–2pm, with opportunities to learn and grow within a leading electrical wholesale business.

You will engage with trade professionals and the public, manage shop displays, and support internal sales while developing strong product knowledge and a customer-first approach.

• Provide excellent customer service at the Trade Counter.

• Assist with goods in/out and deliveries.
• Develop product knowledge with new items.
