Job summary

Rexel UK is seeking a Branch Assistant for our Tidworth branch, working Monday to Friday, 10am to 2pm. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service at the Trade Counter to trade professionals and the public, with responsibilities spanning stock control, order processing, and sales administration.

You will support external sales activities, maintain displays highlighting promotions, and continuously develop product knowledge to support customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to customers over the phone and face-to-face.
• Handle stock in and out, including order processing, picking/packing, and stock control.
• Serve customers efficiently at the Trade Counter.
• Make sales calls to a portfolio of existing and new customers with the external sales team.
• Raise quotations, follow up quotations, and process customer orders.
• Assist with goods in/out, loading/unloading delivery vans, and packing orders.
