Job summary

Rexel UK is seeking a Branch Assistant for our Dunfermline branch, working Monday to Friday with shifts 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm. You will greet trade professionals and the public at the Trade Counter and help highlight promotions through stock displays.

You'll manage stock, process orders, raise quotations, and assist with warehouse duties as part of a supportive team dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and driving branch performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at the Trade Counter and over the phone.
• Handle stock in/out, order processing, picking/packing, transfers, and stock control.
• Serve customers efficiently at the Trade Counter.
• Make sales calls to existing and new customers and support external sales team.
• Raise quotations, follow up quotations, and process customer orders.
• Assist with goods in/out, loading/unloading, and order picking/packing.
