Rexel UK Ltd is seeking a motivated Branch Assistant for our Bermondsey branch, working Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. You will be the face of the wholesale branch, delivering outstanding customer service to trade professionals and the public while maintaining shop displays and promotions.

Responsabilidades

• Customer Service: Provide excellent service to customers at the Trade Counter and over the phone.
• Stock Management: Handle stock in/out, order processing, picking and packing, transfers and stock control.
• Trade Counter: Serve customers efficiently and professionally.
• Internal Sales: Make sales calls to a portfolio of existing and new customers with external sales support.
• Sales Administration: Raise quotations, follow up, and process orders.
• Warehouse Duties: Assist with goods in/out and loading/unloading delivery vans, some heavy lifting.
• Product Knowledge: Continuously learn about new products entering the market.
