Rexel Leeds Denmans branch is seeking a Branch Assistant to deliver outstanding customer service at the Trade Counter, supporting trade professionals and the public. You will manage stock, prepare and deliver customer orders, and keep displays attractive.

Shifts run Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm or 8am to 5pm. You will work with the external sales team to drive branch performance through great service and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• A clean valid driving license is essential for this role.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers and colleagues.
• Motivation to take on new challenges and learn.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Provide outstanding customer service face-to-face and over the phone.
• Efficiently serve walk-in customers and support sales calls to accounts.
• Process orders, generate quotations, and follow up on leads.
• Oversee stock control, picking, packing, transfers, and loading/unloading deliveries.
• Continuously learn about new products and market trends.
