Job summary

Epwin Group is seeking a Branch Assistant to join the team in Eastbourne. You will work with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service at the trade counter and in the warehouse, supporting daily branch operations and health and safety compliance.

The role involves assisting with deliveries, maintaining standards, and helping the Branch Manager meet performance targets. A full driving license is essential, with training available for forklift if needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a full valid driving license.
• Experience in a driving role is advantageous.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Good organisation and IT literacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in the trade counter and warehouse.
• Maintain high standards in the trade counter area and warehouse.
• Work with the team to achieve branch targets.
• Assist with health and safety compliance.
• Handle multi-drop deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Provide cover in the branch when required.
