Job summary

Epwin Group is seeking a Branch Assistant to join our trade counters in the UK. The role involves strong customer service, helping maintain branch and warehouse standards, and performing multi-drop deliveries with a full driving license.

You will work Monday to Friday, handle health and safety tasks, and support with various branch operations. Prior trade counter experience is a plus; training will be provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and a friendly approach.
• Ability to work in a small team and maintain standards.
• Full valid driving license is required.
• Forklift license preferred but training will be provided.
• Experience in a trade counter environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with the team to provide excellent customer service at the trade counter.
• Help maintain high standards within the trade counter area and warehouse.
• Be able to work in a small team with a can-do attitude.
• Assist with health and safety compliance across the branch.
• Handle multi-drop deliveries efficiently and safely.
• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to achieve branch targets.
• Provide cover in the branch when required.
