Job summary

Epwin Group is looking for a Branch Assistant to join our Wolverhampton team. You will work with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service at the trade counter and in the warehouse, while supporting health and safety compliance and efficient deliveries.

The role requires a full driving licence; a forklift licence is preferred but training will be provided. You will contribute to branch targets and gain comprehensive on-the-job and online training in a friendly, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and teamwork skills are essential.
• Ability to work to health and safety guidelines.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a branch environment.
• Full valid driving licence required; forklift licence preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at the trade counter.
• Support branch team to maintain high standards in counter and warehouse.
• Assist with health and safety compliance.
• Handle multi-drop deliveries and drive when required.
• Work with Branch Manager to meet performance targets.
• Cover in the branch when needed and remain energetic and friendly.
• Be versatile and support all branch operations.
• Engage in on-the-job and online training.
