Rexel UK seeks a Branch Assistant for Dunfermline, with Monday to Friday shifts 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm. You’ll be the face of the wholesale branch, delivering excellent customer service on the Trade Counter and taking ownership of promotions and displays.

You’ll manage stock, assist with orders, carry out internal sales, and help with warehouse duties while building product knowledge and supporting the branch team.

Responsabilités

• Customer Service: Provide excellent service to customers over the phone and face-to-face.
• Stock Management: Handle stock in and out, including order processing, picking and packing, store transfers, and stock control.
• Trade Counter: Serve customers efficiently and professionally.
• Internal Sales: Make sales calls to a portfolio of existing and new customers, working closely with the external sales team.
• Sales Administration: Raise quotations, follow up on quotations, and process customer orders.
• Warehouse Duties: Assist with goods in/out, loading/unloading delivery vans, and picking/packing orders, which may involve some heavy lifting.
• Product Knowledge: Continuously enhance your knowledge by learning about new products entering the market.
